3 or 10 year barMore than 180 days of unlawful stay brings a 3-year bar. A year or more brings a 10-year bar.
🇨🇦 Canada
Return permission neededAfter a removal order you may need special permission to come back. Overstaying also kills future visa and PR applications.

Entry banOverstays are recorded in a database shared by 29 countries. Fines and bans can follow, and refusals become far more likely.
