US publishes names and photos of 24 arrested Nigerians marked for removal
The US Department of Homeland Security has released the names and photos of 24 Nigerians arrested by ICE across the country as part of its mass deportation drive. Their listed offences include wire fraud, money laundering, identity theft, drug crimes and assault. Being on the list does not mean each person has already been deported. An earlier DHS list in July named 124 Nigerians.
If you are in the US without valid status or have a criminal case, speak to a licensed immigration lawyer now, not after an arrest.
